Damaged or Incorrect Items.
If any items on delivery are either damaged or incorrect you will need to inform us within 48 hours from delivery. Any issues contact info@tileplus.co.uk or by calling 0121 544 1237. Please provide an image without any items removed from pallet or an image of any damaged items.
Changed your mind?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@tileplus.co.uk or by calling 0121 544 1237 within 28 days of delivery. You have the right to cancel your full order 28 days from the date the order was placed. Once we are informed of order cancellation you have 28 days to return the full order back to our distribution warehouse located at 100, Dudley Road east, Oldbury, B69 3EB. Please ensure all items are sent back in resalable condition as Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of items. Refunds will only be processed once the order is received and checked.
Finished the job?
Once the jobs finished any remaining tiles can be returned to us for a full refund. Only full unopened boxes are accepted 28 days after delivery. Please ensure all unused items are sent back in resalable condition as Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of items.
